Andrew Williams
Chief Executive
Andrew formed Rainbow Capital in 1995. He studied History and Politics at Leeds University before training as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen. He grew a consultancy business based around the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. He developed then sold £20m of real estate assets under the Rainbow Capital brand. He plays football, tennis, piano, guitar and chess and is a season ticket holder at Liverpool FC

Tom Hudson
Director
Tom has worked alongside Andrew at Rainbow Capital since 2020 and masterminded the £20m sale of the company’s real estate assets. He graduated with a First in Real Estate Finance from Oxford. He also runs his own real estate advisory and management consultancy, TGH Real Estate, advising numerous landlords to optimise their property portfolios

Rainbow Capital Property Partnership formed as Matthew Read joins as Partner, injecting new capital for largest acquisitions yet. Portfolio expands to 24 properties. Number of tenants peaks at 125. FUM = £18m

Partnership incorporates to form Rainbow Capital Property Ltd. Investment in global equities and private credit. Tom Hudson becomes investment advisor. Real estate portfolio sold to international investors. FUM peaks at £23m.
Acquisition of Helios III LLV Ltd to commence £4m Funds at Lloyds insurance business
Helios III LLV Ltd
In 2024 we acquired a Lloyds NameCo - Helios III LLV Ltd - to provide funds at Lloyds to underwrite £4m of Premium Income Limit.
We underwrite risks in property, casualty, marine and reinsurance.
This business is attractive because it achieves “double use” of a portion of our assets and the regulatory capital requirement has in-built leverage through diversification credit.
